Body - a vigorous but controlled workout - a warm up, flexibility, strength and stamina work for posture, body tone and conditioning. We introduce light sparring in mitts and pads to embed rapid responses in simulated self defence scenarios.
Life - the settled Mind and Body equip you to ask and answer 3 key life questions - "where am I, where do I want to go and how will I get there".
The Japanese call this "Hoshin" Life Planning or management by compass.
