Background.
Moving-Zen Martial Arts Fitness draws extensively on the teaching of Sensei Frank T. Perry 7th Dan, founder of Seiki Juku Karate in "The Complete Karate Handbook."
It also incorporates the techniques of modern decision making and applies them to your personal life goals and your own "intended outcomes".
As a Director at Hewlett Packard I successfully blended the Martial Arts concepts which I have learnt and am still learning from Sensei Perry with the methods used by modern managers to develop human potential - the result is Mind Body Life Moving-Zen.
Sensei Perry
Sensei Perry was introduced to the Martial Arts in 1957 aged 4. He became a student of Sensei Kaoro Mishiku who was of true Samurai stock and came to England in 1909.
Seiki Juku traces a direct link back through to the Masters of Traditional Martial Arts.
During the 60s and 70s a small group of Japanese Masters came to the UK and Sensei Perry trained with them. He acquired a rare knowledge of the Bushido spirit (the martial way of the classical warrior) and that knowledge is now transmitted through his teachers and clubs.
